Acapulco Mexican Restaurants are family owned and operated by the Leon Family. Well established after opening in January of 1997, Acapulco brings a real taste of Mexican food as it's found in Mexico today. Authentic, yet strongly traditional, Acapulco offers a cuisine with explosions of imagination, combined with the highest quality of Mexican produce. Our menu was created to cater for all. With such a vast selection of dishes, we´re confident you´ll find something to enjoy.

Acapulco Mexican Restaurants currently has five locations in Minnesota; Blaine, Coon Rapids, Maplewood, Stillwater, and Woodbury. Acapulco is open for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. Lunch is served from 11:00am – 3:00pm daily. We also have a champagne Sunday brunch buffet at our Stillwater location. No reservations are needed. Just stop by or give us a call if you require seating for more than ten. Acapulco sets the mood with a live mariachi band on selected weekend evenings.
